Daniela Mendoza has been in Human Resources since the beginning of her career. She is passionate about people, and believes in them and their ability to grow and develop within an organization, and she loves to see them accomplish their dreams. As Employee Talent and Organizational Development Manager for Polydeck Screen Corporation, she oversees the human side of this mining, coal and aggregate business. She was transferred by her company from Chile to the United States, and now focuses her attention on the global organization. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Daniela went on to complete a master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, where received the Lex Award. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue to grow within her organization and attain a Vice President position. Daniela credits her success to having flexibility and adaptability to her organization's needs. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, reading, running, and yoga, and works with the organization Brahma Kumaris.
