Davida Ginter is the Founder and CEO of Enkindle Global, a non-profit organization that support people and organizations in preventing burnout and cultivating wellbeing. She's the author of the forthcoming book "Burning Out Won't Get You There"..
Davida’s expertise lies in the intersection between leadership and sustainability and Non-Violent Communication. She has a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology in 2013. Davida does a lot of public speaking and provides free webinars on social impact and leadership for sustainability.
Davida's vision is to inspire people on a large scale and actually help people prevent burnout while employing better practices of well being. She attributes her success to consistency and resistance. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and join forces to reshape a better future society.
