Dr. Dawn T. Alexander-Joseph is an Economist/Policy Analyst with a passion for knowledge and problem solving.

Modeling and Forecasting
Dr. Dawn Theona Alexander-Joseph has over 8 years of experience in her current field. She is a Policy Analyst at the Macro-Fiscal Unit, Ministry of Finance of the Government of the Virgin Islands. Her responsibilities include balancing fiscal issues, and economic evaluation which supports fiscal policy targets. She also has over 10 years in fiscal analysis, fiscal and economic forecasting and monitoring, with exceptional skills in modeling and forecasting.
She has a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Walden University from 2017. She has always had a desire to make a difference through positive social change, and add value to the broken structures within the Virgin Islands, Caribbean, and beyond. She is part of the Golden Key International Honor Society, Walden Chapter, and a Fellow Member of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (FGAFM).
In the next few years she would like to reach an international audience. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
