With over two decades of experience in her field, Donna Bluestone is the Senior Director of HR for Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated where she oversees HR for Operations for 17 sites and the Work At Home Line of Business for North America (US and Canada); which consists of over eleven thousand employees. Her position is responsible for providing strategic thought partnership with the Senior Leadership team to ensure alignment with the overall mission of the organization.
After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Psychology Donna was an intern for the Bureau of Tobacco and Fire Arms where she realized she liked helping people with their career advancement opportunities and decided to get into Human Resources. She is a member of SHRM, the Society of Human Resources Management. Moving forward, Donna aspires to lead the overall Human Resource function as well as ascending to the executive level.
When not engaged with work, Donna enjoys travel, ice skating, and spending time with her family.
