Deborah Pizarro is the Communications Officer at Universidad Abierta de Recoleta. She has been in her current role for over a month now. Her focus is mostly on management, lectures and communications. She says that she came into her career by way of natural progression.
Deborah’s expertise are in communications and editing. She has a Master’s Degree in Communications from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona in 2017. At this time Deborah doesn’t do any public speaking or belong to any societies. She was published in a magazine when she wrote an article called “The Queer Reading of the L Word” in 2003. Deborah won the Maximum Distinction Award.
In the next few years Deborah would like to create more responsibilities and help people get together to work towards gender equality. She attributes her success to dedication and patience. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
