Deborah Stollery is co-owner of ConSpirita Consulting Network LLC where she serves as Principal Consultant. We believe we are the only consulting firm of its kind consisting of all women seeking to serve the Roman Catholic Church. ConSpirita has been in business for eleven years serving the organizational and spiritual development needs of Catholic parishes and dioceses in the mid-Atlantic, United States. Earning an MA in Organizational Communication in 1990 led her to work as a lay ecclesial minister in a Roman Catholic parish from 1990 to 1992 on a part-time basis. That was followed by two years as full-time adjunct faculty in the Communication Department at Xavier University of Louisiana. She then became a full-time lay ecclesial minister holding positions as a Director of Religious Education (parish level) and a Consultant for Leadership Development (diocesan level). She speaks frequently and regionally to small and big audiences on the mission and vision of the Catholicism; she has been published in Catechist Magazine in 2007 "What makes a Successful Catechist.”
