ConSpirita has been in business for eleven years serving the organizational and spiritual development needs of Catholic parishes and dioceses in the mid-Atlantic, United States. Earning an MA in Organizational Communication in 1990 led her to work as a lay ecclesial minister in a Roman Catholic parish from 1990 to 1992 on a part-time basis. That was followed by two years as full-time adjunct faculty in the Communication Department at Xavier University of Louisiana. She then became a full-time lay ecclesial minister holding positions as a Director of Religious Education (parish level) and a Consultant for Leadership Development (diocesan level). She speaks frequently and regionally to small and big audiences on the mission and vision of the Catholicism; she has been published in Catechist Magazine in 2007 "What makes a Successful Catechist.”
