Deborah Wallace, Ed.D. Deborah Wallace is Principal Owner of BrinkPoint Consulting, LLC, a firm providing consulting and research services to both public and private sector organizations. BrinkPoint has been providing consulting services in the areas of Leadership Development, Organization Change and Director Education since 2004. Prior to establishing BrinkPoint Consulting, Deborah was Vice President of Management and Leadership Development for Fidelity Brokerage Company, where she worked with Business Unit Presidents to develop a Succession Planning program for senior managers. For ten years prior to that, she was a Senior Consultant at Towers Watson (formerly Watson Wyatt Worldwide), where she was a founding member of its Organization Effectiveness practice. During her time there, she introduced Governance and Board Leadership as a new area of expertise within the Organization Effectiveness practice. She also designed and led a case-based in-house program for Watson Wyatt’s Associate Development Program. In the early 1990’s, she was a Senior Consultant at Innovation Associates, a firm founded by Peter Senge to advance the theory and practice of the Learning Organization. Representative and past clients include International Monetary Fund, World Bank Group, Swales Aerospace (NYSE, ATK) FactSet Research Systems (NYSE, FDS), and New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Wallace earned both her Masters and Doctorate degrees from Harvard University. She is a Fellow at National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), a Fellow at the Governance & Accountability Institute, and is a member of the Society of Organizational Learning (SoL). She is the author of numerous articles featured in such publications as Directors & Boards, CFO Magazine, Corporate Secretary Magazine, and Compliance and Ethics Magazine.
