Dee is the Executive Sales Director for iconectiv, a US-based company (Telcordia Technologies) doing business as iconectiv—a wholly owned subsidiary of Ericsson. Dee is a seasoned OSS/BSS/Data sales professional with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. She has progressive experience in operations, program and project management, proposal and contract development, product marketing, strategic business development and sales account management. In her current position, Dee establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. She maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Dee directs a sales team, and works with clients to attain solutions for their business needs. She is a woman on the rise with over 20 years experience in her field.
