With over 15 years of experience in her profession, Deidra Hutchins is currently in the NA Supply Chain department - supply planning. She manages through Rough Cut Capacity planning, demand, planning horizons (short and long term) - APO, SNP, IBP, ECC, SAP. Previous to this role she was a Product Lifecycle Manager for Beam Suntory where she brought new products to life, introducing new branding, new flavors and working with wines and spirits. With dynamic leadership skill, Deidra brings unmatched expertise in supply chain, continuous improvement, inventory management and SAP systems to her role. Deidra began her career with Beam Suntory as a chemist and then fell in love with the company. She holds her MBA from Bellarmine University and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the National Association of Women with MBAs, Young Professionals Association of Louisville and is an active member of the Bellarmine University MBA Advisory Board. Frequently lauded for her work, Deidra was given the Vision into Action Award from the National Association of Professional Women, International Society of Professional women. Moving forward, Deidra hopes to learn more in her role and to continue to ascend to leadership roles by becoming an expert in all areas of her industry. When not engaged with work, Deidra enjoys reading, travel and attending personal development activities.
