Devona Floodman is the Project Manager of the Executive Team for Santa Cruz Bicycles where she spearheads the collaborative effort to develop the project management framework for the company. In this role, Ms. Floodman works on projects in various departments from operations in addition to setting up reporting, establishing the framework for projects and conducting professional development as a group.
After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture from American Intercontinental University, Ms. Floodman knew she wanted to apply her interest in business development and strategy to an entrepreneurial venture. Moving forward, she plans to remain in her current role or potentially ascend to Director and to continue developing fellow female professionals within the company.
In her spare time, Ms. Floodman remains active with yoga, Crossfit and mountain biking.
