Diala Arzouni is a Manager at BNC where she handles all HR projects and spearheads learning and development as well as onboarding and leadership programs for IT professionals.
Diala holds her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Concordia University in Canada and is a member of ICF, the International Coaching Federation. Also a prolific writer, she co-authored a book titled "Coach Wisdom". Moving forward, Diala would like to be coaching in organizational development and to do more speaking engagements. She wants to offer something of value to clients and organizations and is inclined to advocate for diversity and to help others develop more leadership skills. Diala also intends to complete her Master's degree in People and Organizational Development with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
In her spare time, Diala enjoys travel photography, traveling, and teaching.
