She began her career working in operations and quality at an aerospace and defense company. Since then, she has worked in roles such as VP of Performance Excellence and IT, Senior Director of Mission Assurance, and Corporate Director of Mission Success. Known for being an inclusion and diversity champion, Diane is passionate about helping women succeed and promoting gender diversity. Diane is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Women In Defense, and Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society.
