Diane Roy is a business lawyer with over 30 years of legal experience. A business owner as of 2002, Diane dedicates her practice to helping grow businesses, councils, new acquisitions, and mergers. She finds great reward in seeing her clients reach their long-term goals and has plans for expanding the business on an international level. Diane earned her LLB from Montreal University and is currently working towards her Master’s degree. Diane lectures on various topics and teaches on how to start businesses. She has been a member of the Quebec Business Women Network for over 20 years and is is now a certified member of and site assessor for WEConnect International.
