With over 7 years of professional experience, Dionne Vaughan is the Events Manager for Savannah Beach Hotel in Barbados where she applies unprecedented expertise in event coordination, tourism, marketing strategy and impeccable customer service to her role. Some of her duties include marketing for the hotel, orchestrating events, overseeing staff and executing events such as seminars, weddings and parties.
Ms. Vaughan started her career as a waitress with the hotel before transitioning to the front desk and then ascending to events coordination. She holds her Associate's degree in Hospitality and Food & Beverage from Barbados Community College.
Also a dynamic public speaker, Ms. Vaughan participates publicly in advertising on the radio for the hotel and hosting seminars for the Savannah Beach Hotel. She was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2012.
