With 12 years of experience in her field, Djenessa Jean-Baptise is a Project Engineer for Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago where she manages all aspects of projects for oil and gas in Trinidad and Tobago. A strategic problem solver and lover of challenges, Ms. Jean-Baptiste was always interested in this field and has enjoyed great success.
Ms. Jean-Baptiste holds her MA from Construction of West Indies and is a member of PMI of Trinadad and Tobago. Moving forward, she would like to take on a more managerial role, as she is a dynamic leader. She plans to network with likeminded female professionals as much as possible, as she understands the challenges of progressing in a male dominated field.
When not engaged with work, Ms. Jean-Baptiste is an artistic soul and enjoys writing essays and poetry, drawing and painting.
