Personal Information
Dora Kurimay is a Performance Coach who works with athletes and professionals. She is a former professional athlete in table tennis, her clients' expertise ranges from many different sports such as tennis, table tennis, squash, gymnastics, heptathlon, karate, swimming, soccer, golf, and softball.
Dora works with professionals and teams to implement effective training programs designed to reduce stress, successfully manage internal balance and to maximize their performance.
Dora is a speaker and I have provided many workshops for athletes, coaches, students, professionals on a wide range of topics (Game Face Program, motivation, stress management, mental toughness, individual differences, winning attitude, goal setting, pre-performance rituals, the role of families in high-performance athletes etc.) in the US, Europe, and in Asia.
Dora is a writer. She has published ‘Get Your Game Face On Like The Pros!‘ and have contributed to the Clinical Sports Psychiatry: An International Perspective and to the Journal of Human Kinetics.
Dora holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lorand University in Hungary and holds a master's degree in Sport Psychology from JFK University. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC).
