Dominique Dennery is a coach, facilitator, and consultant based in Ottawa, Canada, and working around the world. After working in both the public and private sector, Dominique started her own business in 1996. She is now the facilitator of choice for high-profile national round tables and policy forums on challenging topics like gender equality, racism, the future of communities, and housing. She is also instrumental in the design and facilitation of strategic planning for government and non-governmental organizations in Canada and internationally, such as the World Urban Forum and the UN Millennium Development Goals. Dominique provides consulting and coaching support to executives in provincial ministries, school boards, and a number of for profit and not-for-profit organizations in Canada and overseas. Working with leaders of today and tomorrow, she coaches professionals who are looking to unleash their full potential, have genuine conversations, and become courageous, compassionate leaders. Dominique is regularly invited to deliver keynote speeches at events and conferences, runs a popular blog and podcast, and has a flourishing parallel career as a figurative sculptor. Her goal throughout all of her endeavours is to help people and organizations thrive with honesty and integrity and operate at their highest level.
