Dulce Valle is the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager for Productos Bard de Mexico. She says she started off working in the food industry in the quality department and then moved into medical devices because she wanted to help people. She says her current role allows her to do something so that people can have good products with high quality.
Dulce spoke a the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society Convention in Canada in 2017. She also published an article in a government publication about legislation in Mexico. She says that the highlight of her career has been being the head of AMID because it is very challenging being the manager of different industries within the association.
In the next few years Dulce says she hopes to continue in the healthcare industry, even though she hasn’t decided between medical devices or pharmaceuticals. She says becoming a director is also something she may pursue in the future. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
