Duleima Del Carmen Pernia is Finance Director for Mundipharma Colombia, and has 4 years at the company. She has almost 20 years working in finance over the span of her career. She is in charge of the accounting department, compliance department, supply department, and business department. She is also charge of financial operations and all transactions made in company, and coordinates her team to prepare and consolidate.
She studied accounting, and she was always good in numbers and calculations when she was younger. She holds a Masters degree in business management and finance from the Universidad Simon Bolivar, 2003.
Over the next few years, she would like to expand her knowledge in other markets. She is passionate, and always willing to participate in achieving goals. She is most proud of leading a project in 2008 and in 2014, as well as leading her company to be the first to merge in Latin America.
In her free time, she enjoys travel, jogging, and theatre. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
