Enid Colthrust is the Project Manager at the Office of Law Enforcement Policy where she brings dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in child development, youth development, and mentoring to her role.
Enid holds her Master's degree in Project Management, from the University of the West Indies and is in pursuit of her Doctorate in Leadership and Social Change. She is a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Social Workers, Project Management Institute and Toast Masters International. Moving forward, she would like to branch off from public service and to start her own company working with youths.
