Participation with the Board of Directors in developing strategic plan to guide the organization
Developing an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization
Control of the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organization
preparing procedures to implement the organizational policies; review existing policies on an annual basis and recommend changes to the Board as appropriate
Control of the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization's projects and services
Determination of staffing requirements for organizational management, Recruitment and selection of staff that have the right abilities to help further the organization's mission
Preparing a comprehensive budget
Internal audit and control of the bookkeeping and accounting procedures to be followed
Provide the Board with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditure of the organization
