Elaine Leen is the Director of Impacts4, a coaching and training company. The company's mission is to empower leaders and their teams to work better, so they may go farther together. Although Impacts4 is based in Nantes, they often intervene in French and English speaking countries. Elaine established Impacts4 over three years ago after having an international career as a Manager, Trainer and Teacher. Her highest and last position was as the International Director of PerformanSe and she was also a member of the Executive Committee. Elaine's an ICF ACC Coach and she is applying for PCC level. She also has a tremendous amount of knowledge in the use of psychometric tests. She has conducted over 1000 feedback interviews. Elaine is a member of the BFN (Business Femimin Network), an organization for professional women who strive to achieve equality for women in the workplace. She goes beyond the support of individual and collective talents to significantly accelerate the processes of change and maximize commitment, well-being and creativity, and she particularly likes to detect opportunities and help companies to become sustainable over the long term. She attaches a primary importance to the relationship and the interactions what she deems "individual and collective evolution". In her opinion, one does not go without the other. On the contrary, the one with the other may multiply the potential of movement of each one, with a better individual implication and a collective performance of the whole. In the coming years, Elaine hopes to continue growing and progressing in her career. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
