I am an independent consultant whom has traveled around the word seeking to gain knowledge about new excited places, their people and cultures; likewise, innovations which could improve the quality of life of people and make the word a better place to live. I am excited about of innovative knowledge, thus I have been always exploring new experiences working with word class energy and engineering & construction companies, where I have acquired knowledges about new technologies and innovation management, achieving excellence on how to make successful projects, searching the continuous improvement of my services and developing resilience capabilities that have enriched my spirit with an open mindset to a diversity of ideas and thoughts, creating flexible and response capacity to manage continues changes and challenges. I am passionate for the nature, therefore one of my goals is to gain positioning as consultant, by accomplishing successful green energy projects. I have more than twenty years of experience in Commercial- Contracting – Supply Chain Management and Project Management for civil infrastructure, building and energy projects focus on Oil & Gas and Renewable Power industry, which comprise since conceptual engineering to commissioning, including supervision of all construction process in site ensuring fast decision making between engineering, site team and contractor. With companies like TOTAL, STATOIL, TECHNIP, FLUOR DANIEL, CMI, to name a few, has been part of my experience to work with multinational companies. Assessment, development and supervision of proposals for EPC and EPCM (open book and lump sum) contracts with joint ventures valuated on more than $500 MM. Actually, developing my own business in Brazil with Remax as Real Estate consultant.

Elena Sandoval is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience on project services in LATAM for middle and major EPC projects, basically within oil and gas industry valued up to 800 M$, renewable energy, building and civil infrastructures projects. Responsible for leading Commercial- Contracting – Supply Chain Management (Lump sum, open book and outsourcing) and Project Management, which comprise since conceptual engineering to commissioning, including supervision of all construction process in site ensuring fast decision making between engineering, site team and contractor. Working with many multinational companies from both sides of business such as Total, Statoil, Technip, Fluor Daniels to name a few, leading top functions allowed her to establish customer and supplier relationship management. (CRM & SRM) capabilities. Besides, gaining resilience capabilities to manage changes within a multicultural environment full of ambiguity and turbulence chances, with an effective response capacity and successful results. All those experiences have been complemented with a high educational level, having postgraduate university studies on business management and international business. Finally, besides many specialized courses, Elena has a certificate as Advance Practitioner on Contract and Commercial Management with the IACCM and certificated as Innovation Management with GIMI Institute. Her knowledge on project services disciplines related to commercial and contract management covers assessment, development and supervision of proposals for EPC and EPCM contracts with joint ventures valuated on more than $500 MM. As well, pre-contracting and contracting process, risk analysis, changes management, negotiation, cost control-administration. Finally, as expert on project management Elena designed process for optimization of the resources and assets, by implementing techniques of risk analysis, shareholders and interfaces management, cost management and planning, having optimal results creating value to her clients with a vision of excellence on her services. Elena hopes to expand her real estate business and continue to search for more opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
