Elizabeth Farina has worked in several different sectors internationally. She was a Professor of Economics at The University of San Paulo, in Brazil for over 30 years. She taught undergraduate and graduate students in world economy. She has worked in corporate and governmental roles in advisory and consultative positions. She is currently the President of an Economic Consulting Company in San Paulo, Brazil called Tendencias Consultoria Integrada. This is focused on Corporate, Government, anti-trust mergers and acquisitions, and advisory issues. Elizabeth was the President of the Brazilian Sugarcane Industry from 2012-2019, and she served as President of CADE (The Brazilian Competition Commission). Elizabeth also taught Industrial Organization and Microeconomics at the same department. She has published 8 books and 14 book chapters and 25 papers in national and international journals. In the coming years she aims for continued growth in her profession. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
