Elina Nikolova is the Supply Chain Manager for Berry Global's factory in Cuijk, The Netherlands. With 15 years of experience, she provides customer service, invoicing, planning procurement, logistics, and warehousing, making sure all process implementation goes smoothly. She has experience with food registration in the Balkans and LATAM countries as well as with launching new products and creating the route to market for the Balkan region. She is most proud of the S&OP implementation for Nutricia Export for 40 countries which was replicated in known divisions within Asia. Elina studied Business Administration then pursued her Masters in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. She felt this area interested her as she has worked in many positions within this field starting with materials purchasing, through Supply& Demand Planning, warehousing with focus on Quality and Safety, and finally managing the whole supply chain. She is always working close with Sales and Operations on improving the business and the overall growth and productivity. She is very passionate about her work. She has received Safety Awards, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt . In the next few years she will delve into more international supply chain and will go into consulting working with organizations on various projects. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
