Elizabeth Alicea, proud owner of Alicea Business Consultants, has over 15 years of HR industry experience and an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Elizabeth opened Alicea Business Consultants in October of 2015, now has three employees, and is working to expand throughout the US. She manages the consulting, coaching, marketing services, recruiting, HR, and production. Elizabeth speaks and lectures frequently on the topic of professional coaching. She enjoys giving back to the community through her church and volunteer work.
