Elizabeth Cunningham serves as Head of Loyalty Operations for IHG, the international hotel conglomerate which includes well known and love hotel brands such as Holiday Inn, Crown Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Even Hotels and Intercontinental Hotels. IHG® Rewards Club is an award winning hotel loyalty program chosen by more guests worldwide than any other. Elizabeth has been with the company for 10 years in various roles and in her latest role as Head of Loyalty Operations for just over a year. Elizabeth's work includes developing marketing plans, market development, business development, customer segmentation, content development, building and leading sales teams, customer loyalty and incentives and integrating sales and marketing. She leads a Marketing Consulting team, and adds a fresh perspective that makes effective marketing plans, sales plans and activities happen for each individual business she works with. She also helps clients create compelling sales and trade incentive programs that are focused on key business outcomes.
