Elizabeth Assad is the Vice President of Special Projects and Performance Improvement at Synergy Health Services. Synergy Pharmacy Services was established in 2010 with a Specialty Closed Pharmacy license. Synergy has been successfully servicing the needs of long term care and assisted living facilities. Elizabeth leads the company's new building project as well as implementing new initiatives to care for our patient population and the successful growth rate of the company. Elizabeth began her professional career in healthcare administration by interning with Memorial Hospital of Tampa CEO, John Mainieri, and CFO, Shelley Kolseth, and quickly moved up the ranks to Director of Patient Relations. After several months of successfully meeting national metrics, she took on additional roles such as Performance Improvement SME and assisting with numerous Marketing/Public Relations responsibilities. In 2013, she was assigned the role as Project Manager while carrying previous Director responsibilities and following into her current VP role. This has been a natural progression from her. When not working she enjoys family, sports, and traveling.
