Elsa Smith has over 16 years of experience in her field. She is Deputy Superintendent for Jamaica Constabulary Force. Currently, she has moved from the operations department to being in charge of community safety. She has done some anti-aging campaigns and does many community projects. She started her career as an English teacher where her students were police recruits for the force. That is when she says she started her relationship with this field. She has been published in an international magazine through the United Nations. Elsa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Language Education. In the future she hopes to continue to make a difference through her community work and also to possibly get a degree in Criminal Law. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
