Emelia Ospina is the Dental Practice Manager for Designer Smiles PLLC. She has been in her position for over three years. Her duties include organizing, facilitating team members, tracking productivity and working in customer service throughout the day. She says that she has been in the dental field for over nine years and it’s a family endeavor.
Emelia says that she is best known for her skills in time management, coaching and accounting. She has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Seminole State College in 2018. She is a member of the American Public Health Association and hosts some seminars pertaining to dental health.
She says that the key to her success has come from her humility and seeing opportunities as a day of service rather than work. In the next few years she hopes to be an advocate for financial literacy and to focus more on education. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
