After 20+ years of working in leadership roles in the financial sector of Trinidad and Tobago, Emily decided to use her experience and talents towards of the development of executives, professionals and entrepreneurs as a professional coach.

Emily provides online coaching services to executives, professionals and entrepreneurs in Trinidad and Tobago, the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. She works directly with individuals or through sponsor organizations.
Her goal as a professional coach is to empower her clients to reach their highest potential and increase their overall satisfaction and engagement with life. Her coaching allows her clients to gain clarity, awareness and greater understanding about themselves, their mindset, thinking patterns, attitudes and beliefs that are operating at the subconscious level but which are influencing their everyday decisions and actions. This increased clarity and self-awareness allows her clients to see greater options and to be at choice, making their decisions and actions more effective and supportive of their goals and outcomes.
Emily believes that leadership is not only for those with the title or role of leader. To be successful in life requires self-leadership. As a professional coach in an organizational setting, Emily gears her coaching toward developing greater engagement, communication, empathy, accountability for results, and service mindset in all employees regardless of level or position title.
She brings the wealth and breadth of her experience from working with different institutions including multinationals with responsibility for small and large multi-country teams, together with substantive professional coach training to bring out the best in her clients and to get results.
