Estefania Leiva has been in her career field for over 13 years. She is responsible for coming up with strategy retail in Ecuador, leading the team for marketing, sales and developing young professionals. She studied marketing in college along with entering a career at Colgate Palmolive which led to her current position.
Estefania is best known for her developing retail knowledge. Estefania has a Master’s Degree from Ecuador University in 2012. At this time she doesn’t do any public speaking or lecturing. She won The Best Sales Executive and #1 Supplier to Customers when she was working at Colgate Palmolive.
In the future she hopes to do some life coaching and create her own workshops. She says the key to her success has been being persistent and her can do attitude. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
