She also works to solve any issues and try to make processes quicker.
Previously, Esthela had different experience in banking, and as Head of Personal Loans and Payroll. She learned everything from there, and rose up the ranks to become Head of Consumer lending, finely honing her skills in sales, consumer lending, and corporate banking.
