With the very strong financial background I got the chance to run business as whole. I fully enjoyed challenge of turning not profitable business into healthy company.
After the merger of Gerber Group with Refresco I left the company at the end of August 2014.

Ewa Kuzwa started in financial audit to continue in business as Financial Director and Managing Director. In the meantime,
as a Managing Director, Ewa discovered great skills in marketing and sales. What fascinates her is reorganization, optimization and development of the business. Managerial skills together with deep financial knowledge and great marketing intuition are her strengths and keys to success. In the future, she hopes to grow with in her role as director and possibly start her own company.
