Fabiola Solis Plaza is a Professional Certified Coach for Coaching Lab. She lives in Santiago, Chile and sees clients all over the world. She is a professional certified coach and belongs to ICS (intl coach federation) is a world wide organisation that goes for best standards in coaching all over the world and has 30,000 members worldwide. Their goal is integrating best coaching practices and being ethical as well.
Within the organisation she was a volunteer leader for Chile and for the Latin American area and the Caribbean from 2013 to 2017. During that time she was also president of the ICS local chapter. As a representative of that organisation one duty was to get awareness of the profession and get clients well informed in a way that they make good decisions when choosing professional coaches. Fabiola ran conferences and made contact with media. After that the president of each country in Latin America elected her to be representative for the whole continent.
Fabiola is very committed to her profession. She also is a mentor coach and trained in that, allowed to teach other coaches and now just completed in London a supervision coaching training. That means she can accompany coaches who are already in business to be their best and take care of themselves in their practices.
Fabiola does some webinars in Latin America and is involved in ICS conference workshops in English and Spanish. She has been published in online magazine about her work with ICS. She is also on the verge of publishing a book about the importance of images in coaching and it should be done in 2020. In the next few years Fabiola wants to position herself as a reference about coaching, professional coaching and coaching supervision. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
