Fabiola Medina is the founding and managing partner of Medina Garrigó, Attorneys. Mrs. Medina has had experience in the public administration and in private practice. She served as Head Assistant to the Chief Legal Advisor of the President of the Dominican Republic (1982-1985). She was Legal and Regulatory VP of Verizon Dominicana and Secretary of the Board of Directors of such company (1996-2004). Returning to private practice, Mrs. Medina has concentrated her renowned law firm in providing services in Administrative Law, Banking Law, Tax Law, Contracts and Litigation, and general Corporate Law. She presided over the Center of Alternative Resolution of Controversies of the Chamber of Commerce of Santo Domingo (CRC) and is Vice-President of the Board of Directors of such Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Medina is recognized for having top leadership in arbitration in the Dominican Republic. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
