Faye Duncan in a Teacher for Ministry Of Education Jamaiça. She has been in her role for over fourteen years now. Faye says she was originally working in customer service and doing well but wanted to switch over to something else she really loves, which is working with children. She changed her concentration to education and has never looked back.
Faye is best known for her interaction with children and one-on-one experience. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Math & Science) and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree. She is a member the Jamaica Teachers Association and had had many academic achievements.
In the next few years she hopes to finish her Masters so she can become a principal. She attributes her success to pushing herself and not being afraid to ask for help. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
