More than 25 years
SEURA, Society of Planning and Architecture Studies, was founded in 1989 by Florence Bougnoux. Florence has been an architect for 30 years and does extensive work with the NGO Les Ateliers de Cergy. This includes urban and port development in Vitoria (Brazil) and Dunkirk (France) and working in India. For Les Ateliers de Cergy she is the Secretary of the Scientific Committee and directs many workshops. Florence follows a building from it's inception until it has finished construction and is focused on urban developments, public spaces, and architecture. She lectures on her architectural projects frequently. Florence and her partners Jean-Marc Fritz and David Mangin, published a book on Les Halles and it's underground towns in October of 2008. She has also published a book on her conference in Calcutta India. Florence is bright, energetic, wise, creative and full of vision (check out her Wikipedia page!)
