With over 20 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industries, Fedeline Julien is currently the Kids Programme Manager at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages and Spa where she manages all children activities within the resort. Turks and Caicos resort has a big partnership with Sesame Street, so she also helps with coordinating the events.
Fedeline started working at Sandals Resort Turks and Caicos at the age of 17 as a nanny. She was not sure what she wanted to go to school for, so she took a break and took the job. Once working in the resort, she realized that she wanted to be able to help families enjoy their vacations, children included, and she became a part time camp counselor at the resorts kids camp.
Fedeline now holds her Bachelor's degree in International Hotel Management from Hocking College. Moving forward, she hopes to become a consultant and help all resorts achieve a great kids activity program so that all family members can enjoy their vacations.
