Fernanda Rabello is the Head of Pharma Operations LATAM at EMD Serono. She has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years, and was recently promoted to take the responsibility of Latin America operations leading more than 1000 people, based in the USA. She is very interested in sharing her experience with women in leadership positions.
Fernanda also manages external facilities and contractors, and is responsible for product management, budgeting and process improvements. She also oversees environment, health, and safety. She received her MBA in IBMEC, her BS in Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceuticals from Federal University of Rio De Janeiro. When not working she enjoys reading, travel and sports.
