Florence Cudicio is head of the Cabin Crew Training. She has been in her current role for twelve years. During her day she prepares classes, creates training materials and trains all aviation crews on flight safety. Florence’s father was a pilot, her uncle was a pilot and her mother was a stewardess. She came into this field by way of natural progression.
Florence is noted for her training skills and translations. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Translations from SMLV in 2011. She doesn’t belong to any organizations at this time. Florence does some public speaking when she gives speeches for marine organizations. She doesn’t have any publications at this time.
In the next few years she is planning on starting to work towards flying again. She will likely get into the airlines as manger or part of a crew and possible seek employment with British Airways.
Florence says the keys to her success are passion, hard work and dedication. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
