Florence Eijck is the CEO of FlorenceJewel shop since 2007 and of a Welfare Organization, since 2016. On a daily basis she connects with the city council and employees, makes changes in management, gets the organizations on their feet again and helps with marketing sales. She has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Management and Organization from TIAS University in The Netherlands in 2003. She does a lot of public speaking on history. She has written five books about China and Yemen. She has also written educational books for travel business. She says that the key to her success has been hard work, never stop, patience and thinking out of the box. The highlight of her career has been being a city manager. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
