Flor Neira is Director General of coxgomyl, where she has been for the past 4 years. She oversees a team of people, and coordinates factory business and operational functions. Working closely with the finance department, she keeps on track of budgets and holds monthly meetings to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
She holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and is a highly skilled project manager. She has presented at industry events and conferences, and written two books on engineering and technology. Her work was honored with the Association for Drivers Award, and she hopes to continue to make an impact at the helm of her company's transformation.
