Flor studies mechanical engineering but discovered her passion was in finance, she perused a career in finance and has had a very successful career working for some of the worlds leading companies like P&G, IBM, DHL and GSK. Flor leads, develops and motivates a high performance team of support professionals to deliver excellent support and end results in a timely manner. Flor provides training, coaching and mentoring based on needs of employees. Flor analyzes trends/data and drives development plans to take advantage of potential opportunities for her clients. Flor has previously spoken at conferences on women leadership positions. Flor would like to network with like minded professionals and promote her personal brand. Flor is very hard working, dedicated, persistent and attributes her style of leadership as a factor that has helped to succeed.
