Franciane Galvão Peinado has over 12 years of experience in the professional sector. She started at IBM and gained expertise in human resources, change management and business administration. Eventually branching into coaching, she is now a Change Management Consultant for EY. She has been recognized for her contributions through performance evaluations, and she engages in internal public speaking and workshops when working with clients and colleagues. Franciane went on to complete Postgraduate specialization in Human Resources from the University Presbiteriana Mackenzie and she also completed the Professional and Self Coaching certificate program of the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching in 2016. She aims to work more directly with coaching combined with change management, and has enjoyed a lifelong passion for helping others to improve and achieve their goals. Franciane's coaching insights has been published in articles on Instituto Moura Moreno, an experienced coaching company, who brought her in as a volunteer contributing writer. She credits her success to being flexible and having an interest in learning and moving forward. She also notes the way she has treated other people, that she works to motivate others as she helps them. Outside of work, she does volunteer work, mainly, performing pro bono coaching services. She speaks fluent Portuguese and English.
