Francesca Rinni has 15 years of experience. She started her career in Consultancy, moving then in the Telco industry where she developed both marketing and sales skills, in b2b and b2c markets. In 2017 she faced a new challenge in the Automotive Industry in Volvo Group, where she is actually Marketing and Communication Director.
She has done coaching work for 5 years.
She loves to travel backpacking to discover new cultures and people. She is a book eater and a wine lover.
The best part of her job is to manage people and see them growing.
In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing (marcom), gaining more responsibilities including the sales challenge.
