Fredrik Schäder is Executive Vice President Operations of Swedish Space Corporation, and has been in his profession for more than 17 years, with 14 of them in a people management position. Currently Fredrik is working as a Executive Vice President Operations with Swedish Space Corporation, where he has been for the last 5 years, working 4 different positions and 3 different management positions. His main role is to be responsible for all ground systems with ground stations, work with different countries. For Fredrik every day is a new opportunity to do something good and his goal is always to deliver on whatever he does. Fredrik was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion, and his areas of expertise are in business development and human relations. He has a Masters degree in Science and has received many honors for his work consisting of "Leader of The Year" nomination "Young Leader of The Year 2018." In the next few years Fredrik plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in his field. Fredrik bases his success on his leadership overall and his passion, and is most proud of maintaining the trust between himself and former colleagues. He is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
