Gabby Maggi has over 25 years of experience in her current field. She is a Director of HR for MICRO FOCUS. She was hired to build the whole structure of the HR department she did that and now she has the responsibility and the role of designing and implementation, she does talent management, organizational development practices, HPE processes.
She has a Bachelor’s in Human Resources from the Universidad Metropolitana from 2005. She is most proud of being a single mom and having this amount of responsibility in the company. She is very passionate about what she does.
In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
