Gabriella Planojevic is Global Talent and Development Director for Aramex. She just moved into this new position, she has been the Head of Talent for 8 years. She does designing and developing frameworks, tools, trainings, and helps organizations know how to manage these areas. She specializes in leadership development, design and developing content, change management, and transformation.
She worked in the field of learning and development management for 8 years. She loved the learning space, and is passionate about supporting people and helping the organizations grow and develop.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a University in Manta, 1991. She is a member of ATD, DVE, and BTS. She has had many internal company awards of recognition, and moved from regional role to global role. She is very excited to take on her new role. She loves what she does, and says she was lucky to have great managers to guide her across the way.
She is proud of the past organization, she helped them set up whole frame work, it was a big achievement. She was the backbone for their development planning and in house programs. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
